Joseph Reichardt

I was a 3 year varsity starter in high school at Left Tackle. I made all state my senior year. I moved to Center in college at Waldorf University in Iowa. After college I played for 8 years in the NAFL and 2 years in the arena league. After my playing career was over, I got into the coaching ranks. I started at McCluer high school in St. Louis, MO as the o -line/d-line coach. I then went to Clayton high school where I served as the o-line/d-line coach and eventually became the offensive coordinator. After moving to AZ in 2019, I coached the flag football team at Legacy Tradition School. While there , we won 2 district titles.
My turning point was the phone call I received from my high school friend Who was the athletic Director at McClure high school. He needed another coach on his varsity team and he knew I was a former player and wanted to know if I wanted to get into coaching the rest as they say is history.
My purpose for coaching is to help young man grow as athletes and individuals. I believe that the lessons we learn on the field carry us off the field. Football is a team game just as life is. No one does it alone and working with others is vital to success.
